I'm gonna go the obvious and say Once Upon A Time. Season 1 was genuinely good, Season 2 was hit and miss but Cora was magnificent, and then it all went downhill from there.

If I'm being bitter I'd say Hook ruined the show, but letting the plot dictate what the characters did rather than vice-versa, not letting the characters react to anything, and pulling mcguffins out of the writers' asses probably did more damage.
