How is a fic that features a character having an abortion anti-abortion propoganda? Cause she didn't feel 100% positive about it? How young and naive are these people that they think that no one who ever has an abortion has mixed feelings about it? The reason its called "pro-choice" to begin with is because it is a very personal and often not easy choice people make.

Sounds like these people have very little life experience.

I remember a fic that I sort of rage quitted where a character has his gender (and species) changed forcibly, then discovers that in the process he got pregnant and despite him telling everyone that he wants an abortion YESTERDAY , somehow the narrative and the fic end up convincing him that he should keep the baby (there's some possible mind control involved too) because his mother didn't abort him.

THAT is pretty anti-abortion propaganda. Portraying the choice to abort as a complicated one isn't anti-abortion propaganda.

I remember that rant on fanficrants. Wasn't it a Torchwood fic?

To be fair, "very little life experience" is the defining trait of Tumblr fandom in general.

Cause she didn't feel 100% positive about it?

Yes, that's why. Meanwhile, all the fics where the option of abortion isn't even mentioned carry on with no problems.
