Quest bars. I saw review after review talking about how good they were, so I bought a few. Those things tasted like shit and were super expensive.

yesss. I bought one just to try one day and was seriously disappointed. I don't get it.

My brother bought a bunch of them and would eat them. I tried one and it was so awful

IMO there's a major difference in standards between "Things that taste good" vs. "Healthy things that taste good, relatively speaking, for a healthy thing".
