Re: Experiences with healthy diets?

My experience with low carb: I probably didn't do it right. I added more cream and such to my diet, too, and gained weight, from that or another aspect. (I love the idea of being able to eat a high fat diet and still lose weight but I did it wrong or it doesn't work for me. Maybe both!)

The thing that works for me so far is The Potato Hack. [https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DL0RGXE/] Seriously. I've mostly been doing a modified plan, but when I actually use it, it helps. I've pretty much been only gaining, not losing, weight for the last four years, so anything that lets me get into my favorite shorts again after less than a week is a win.

Plus, I like potatoes, so eating them is really no hardship. Sure, it can be a little bland, but that's why I'm doing it modified, aka not every meal. It's still helping.
