I think I'm up to the latest Season...But while the plot does get a little involved (be honest, it was involved to begin with) I think they do a good job of

1) still following the first clones closely
2) integrating the newer clones
3) keeping the original sisterhood together

Which was part of what I cared about. The newer clones are kind of subplots, but I would say the main clones are the ones that are still central characters.

Also, I find Neolution to be an interesting part of the plot because of what it becomes as the show goes on. Project Castor I kind of don't care about, but I'd argue it doesn't delve in as much as it does on Leda. They paint Castor as what it is. Few defectors. Not like the girls.
