I miss LiveJournal. And I miss some of the fandoms I was personally in being more active. And I miss people being a little less judgmental. But I do like AO3.

I guess my answer is "yes, I liked it more" but it's more for personal reasons involving my own fandoms than because I think fandom as a whole is "worse."
