(Anonymous) 2017-07-05 05:39 am (UTC)(link)I might go back and replay a game on a harder mode, once I already know the story, if I feel like having a challenge, but when what I really care about is the story and characters, like... why torture myself?
I remember back in the day when FE didn't have a casual mode, and it was frustrating as hell. On a second playthrough, when I have some idea of the strategy from my low-stress play, it's all cool, but like... that first time, I don't want to stress over a character I love dying forever.
