Since it's come to my attention that certain communities have been purposely posting troll secrets for the lulz, I'm going to start getting harsher on what counts as a non-troll secret, especially regarding the fandom involved.

ETA2: No, this isn't only SPN fandom. This goes for everyone else, too.

Just a heads up.

And apologies in advance if any real secret posters get caught up in this.

Not to defend capslock_spn -- cause they really are fucking crazy -- but isn't f!s pretty much here for the lulz, too? I mean, there are only about two or three that are ever serious.

Seriously. All the 'I ship' secrets get passed through, and most of them are clearly fake and made for people to laugh. Why are you all of a sudden singling out the spn fandom?

Because one or two individual joke "I ship it" secrets aren't an entire community encouraging and organizing the posting of troll secrets.

Agreed. If you're going to delegate some secrets as "not secrets" and then let in the stupid "I ship it, omg1!!" ones in, well, it's something of a double standard.

Not disagreeing with the cracking down on troll SPN ones, but crack down on troll/not secrets too, please.
