Since it's come to my attention that certain communities have been purposely posting troll secrets for the lulz, I'm going to start getting harsher on what counts as a non-troll secret, especially regarding the fandom involved.

ETA2: No, this isn't only SPN fandom. This goes for everyone else, too.

Trolling the comm with fake secrets is the dumb bit, now that things have been clarified. Caught or not, hiding it or not.

NOT CLARIFIED, and NOT DUMB. Fandomsecrets obviously started with trolls in it from the beginning, so sorry, this isn't something new. IF you think giving fake secrets are dumb, it's best to:

a. Keep it to yourself, because it's obviously an opinion
b. Nothing you say or do or think will keep fake secrets from coming back, so live with it.
c. You can ignore the fake secrets, or GTFO already.

FAKE SECRETS, FAKE EVERYTHING is everywhere, and if you're uncomfortable with that, you better put your censorship on and learn which ones to read or ignore.

Also, has it occurred to you that this community has double standards when it comes to "troll" secrets? A lot of the secrets saying "I ship ____!!!!11" are more or less, usually troll secrets.

And how do you know that some of the secrets are troll secrets? For all you know some of the "I [insert disturbing secret here]" could be trolls as well.

Yes. You're right. Have fun with that. I think it's dumb when anyone does it, I think it's a special sort of dumb to get together en masse and organize trolling (And think you're witty for doing it to boot), and I do ignore and will continue to.
