It's better than Manic Pixie Girl. Plus, women like this exist. Except that in real life they never meet a macho dudebro who teaches them how to let their hair down.

Eyeroll right back at you. I can't help it if you're a limited person who isn't familiar with the wide variety of women that exist.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-18 11:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Haha, sure.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 09:25 pm (UTC)(link)
You can help being a misogynist dickhead, though.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-18 11:25 pm (UTC)(link)
Wait...you actually think women like this don't exist?

(Anonymous) 2017-07-18 11:28 pm (UTC)(link)
Surely that question depends on what you mean by "like this"

(Anonymous) 2017-07-18 11:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Like the character from the movie, the thing we are talking about.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-18 11:32 pm (UTC)(link)
Like the fictional character in what respect, I mean.

Like, do you mean there are women who are career-focused and intense? Or that there are women who are frigid bitches who just need a good fuck?

(Anonymous) 2017-07-18 11:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Let's go with both. Separate but both.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 09:27 pm (UTC)(link)
Let's not. Because the second statement is vicious misogyny and needs to fuck right off to Fuckistan and never come back, do not pass GO or interact with any real women en route.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-18 11:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh yeah, there are tons of hot frigid women who just need a good dicking to cure them of their bitchiness. This is totally a real thing and not some wishful thinking by lonely dudes.

+1

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 02:27 am (UTC)(link)
Right? I get that people have their fantasies where the hot CEO takes off her glasses, lets her hair down and suddenly the top three buttons of her blouse fly open because the right dudebro has shown her how bitchy and unfeminine she is, but come on...

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 03:38 pm (UTC)(link)
THIIIIIIIISSS!!!!! So of course if you're serious about your career (hot or not) you're OBVIOUSLY just waiting for some guy to grace you with his dick so you can learn the error of your ways!

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 09:23 pm (UTC)(link)
"lonely dudes" I think you mean controlling, entitled assholes

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 12:04 am (UTC)(link)
Is it better than manic pixie dream girl? I mean, I find it more offensive to see career women portrayed negatively, because these are actual real stereotypes that working women (especially at the professional level) have o deal with.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 12:18 am (UTC)(link)
Very good point. Plus it leads to creepy assumptions about how professional women just need cock from a persistent man child who knows what they need more than they do.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 12:19 am (UTC)(link)
I didn't really see anything negative about her portrayal? I mean, I disliked her sister more for pulling the, "You mean WHEN you have kids." card.

anybody tries to tell me I have to have kids, I ask them "don't you have some offs to fuck?"

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 02:29 am (UTC)(link)
Oh, that was annoying, too. But it was also annoying to see Claire as a professional portrayed as though choosing a career meant she's an unfeeling robot who can't and won't spend time with her nephews, so she has to palm them off on her assistant. Being childless and/or choosing to work full time doesn't mean you view kids as alien lifeforms.

(Anonymous) 2017-07-19 09:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Lucky them.
