I read it, and I don't think it discussed things equally. There definitely was more of a focus on the end. Especially in the last third of the article. Where there were things like how Jodie Foster cried so hard that she burst blood vessels, but what about the editors and crew? They had it so much harder. The first part of the article seemed more balanced, but then it really tipped in the middle and toward the end, in my opinion.

Yes, first it focused on the female actresses and directors, then the men.

Basically the problem can be fixed if they just switched the article below the last Tango in Paris picture with what was above.

AYRT
Except I don't feel that was the case. As there were definitely mentions of men in the first part of the article. Like the Deliverance actor. The first part of the article was fairly well balanced, in my opinion, with it slightly skewed to the women. The last half was considerably skewed to the male side. It kinda feels to me like those studies where they say that men are predominately the ones who talk and control a conversation, but women are still said to talk more. (Like where if women spoke more than 25% it was seen as them "dominating" the conversation. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-2205502/The-great-gender-debate-Men-dominate-75-conversation-conference-meetings-study-suggests.html Or this: http://pubman.mpdl.mpg.de/pubman/item/escidoc:68785:7/component/escidoc:506904/Cutler_1990_Speaker+sex.pdf ) In this case, I feel that is about the same percentage, or close, with it being skewed male, but you perceive it as being equal or even more about the females.
