Re: Dealing with a gnat/fruit fly infestation with a pet

No prob, anon, get one of those little fruit fly catcher box things. I think they are little houses the flies fly into and never leave again. They're drawn to it and it poisons them? Throw it out after a few weeks and get a new one. They only cost a couple dollars. I only recently discovered them and they are a lifesaver.

You could also try a cup of honey or something that they get stuck into, but personally I get really grossed out by seeing dead bugs so the little box thing is so nice.

Any brand recommendations for the fruit fly catcher thing? I've been looking up different products but I always get thrown off by negative reviews so I never know what to buy.

Right now I am trying the cup trick mainly because I have nothing else at the moment, but it's a temporary solution because I'll get grossed out as well lol Thanks!
