I just realized that literally the ONLY scar I have that isn't from self-injury is a little one on my forehead from when I had chicken pox as an infant and my mother couldn't keep me from scratching one of the marks.

I have a chicken pox scar between my eyebrows that is right next to my left eyebrow. Although I'm not Hindu or South Asian/Middle Eastern, I loved Bollywood films as a little girl, so when I was 4 I liked pretending that scar was a slightly off center bindi.
