Rather than saying you're "people-driven" and "self-motivated", give a couple of concrete examples of it (doesn't have to be work-related). Also, we definitely know that most people apply to places because they need a job rather than actually caring about the company and what it does, but apathy can come across strongly if you stick to "safe," "professional"-sounding phrases and sentences, which doesn't make you stick out much in the sea of other applicants. Try to let some of your real personality in!
And, surprising that I have to mention this, but: please mind your grammar. I just got an application today where the guy said he is "fast-paste."
