Re: Age Gaps in Fiction

I'm not usually into age gaps, but I'm super invested in Daenerys Targarion and Jorah Mormont. Thirty years at least between them but she could do no better than him (and has done a lot worse.) The queen-knight dynamic means that the inequality is lessened, and her magic and her dragons even more so. All he is, is a very parfait, gentil knight who is utterly devoted to her, and apparently the whole world knows it.

I'm not watching the current series so no spoilers, please. Something dreadful is going to happen to him, I know it. OMG.
