I use them wronghanded (knife in the left, fork in the right). I'm still bad at it, but it's a lot easier than when I was trying to do it the right way. It looks a bit odd when I'm eating out, though, and I have to reverse my cutlery compared to everyone else.

Not to sound snobby but...if you hold your knife and fork with your pointer finger pointing down the utensil, like - pointing where you're going to cut, and where you're putting the fork in - it's pretty easy. Gives you lots of control and the ability to hold a steak put, if that's what you're eating, if it's a little tough or your knife is dull.

That's how i do it, and it's very easy to hold on and work the utensils in a useful way.

Yeah, that's what I do too. For me it's either a remnant of my ambidexterity or simply because I prioritized the fork and did not use the knife much as a child.
