...I've never seen this? I mean, I'm not sure I'd call myself really deeply in the fandom, but I read a lot of fic and quite a few of the people I follow on Tumblr are fans, and I don't think I've seen anyone do this?
The closest I can think of is when people write Victor or Yurio calling Yuuri that in a mocking/affectionate way, but even then it's usually treated as 'this guy is being mean because he's emotionally stunted and doesn't know how to express affection in an open an healthy manner'. Oh, and I did see one picture that had chibi Victor, Yuuri, and Yuurio in kigurumi - respectively, a poodle, a piglet, and a tiger.
That's it. Maybe you just spend too much time with jerks.
