I judge anyone who gets involved in ship wars and/or will unfollow someone specifically for liking a ship. Shipping is just not that serious to me.

There's nothing wrong with unfollowing someone if they're going to be posting a lot of stuff about one of your NoTPs. Or if you realize they're fannish interests and your fannish interests maybe aren't that compatible. It's only dickish if you message them to let them know you're unfollowing them, or make some kind of passive aggressive comment on your tumblr about people shipping the worst pairings or something.

*their, dammit.

I'm not necessarily talking about people who post a lot of stuff but like, I've had friends who were specifically asked who their fav ship was and got unfollowed/harassed for that. Or posted like, one piece of fanart.

I'm not even talking about problematic ships but like... fairly innocent ships. If a blog gets overtaken by a certain ship you don't like I can understand the unfollow, but if like one piece of fanart bothers you it seems a bit much to me.

Guess you're going to judge me for unfollowing people who like my NOTP. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This. Shipping just doesn't click at all with me and the level some fans take it to is a little bit disturbing,

Eeh, judge away. I judge people who treat following/unfollowing like it was some Big Deal.

I started following a Darth Maul blog and suddenly they started also posting my NOTP too (which didn't even have anything to do with Maul? At all?) so away they went. If the food blogs I follow started posting baseball related stuff instead I'd probably unfollow them. They're not friends, they just provide content.
