I quite liked it because it was a bit different from the rest of HP.

HP never really grabbed me as fiercely as it did my friends and so many other people, so while I liked the books and movies fine, I always found it a bit alienating because everyone was so obsessed with it and I wasn't. I felt more on an even footing with FB because it wasn't dragging as big and bloated a mass of trivia, wank, shipping, flame-wars, and fannish in-jokes behind it as the main series.

Still not really that into it, though, but it was a darling movie.
