Any and all use of text speak when you are not texting or on Twitter. If you are typing out an email or a post on Tumblr, Facebook, or a place like this, just type real words. Some abbreviations are fine, but not constant "u ppl" kind of stuff. Even if you are posting from a phone, try to avoid it, but if you're sitting in front of a real keyboard then you have no excuse.
