Oh, also, the majority of journalism/non-fiction writing classes I took. There were two guys who taught the bulk of journalism at my university, and they were about equally awful. Spent at least half of each lesson just talking about themselves, and their own personal lives and accomplishments and irrelevant opinions.

I work at a university, and this sounds like every journalism professor I've ever met. Communications faculty in general are the worst.
