There's no reason to. First, if they are an adult, I just don't see any reason to feel bad. Second, a celebrity crush is even more removed than a crush on that one person you liked in high school that you never actually spoke to. You don't really know this person, so it likely won't evolve beyond a crush. Third, very little chance of meeting them and having anything happen.

On a side note, I still have a crush on Jordan Catalano. I was 19 when My So-Called Life aired. Jordan Catalano is still the same age (17? 18?) as he was then if I watch an episode now. Jared Leto was 23 at the time. I don't see any reason to feel bad about that - I know it's not quite the same thing, but it feels like it deals with some of the same feelings.
