It's definitely demeaning, and I wouldn't like being called that. For a fictional character, I think it might depend on why they're being called that?

Yes, context would matter.

"In my headcanon Jenny is such a cumslut and I RP her that way" is different from "here's another pic of Jenny, my favorite cumslut" when the pic has nothing to do with cumslutting and they're using it as a casual synonym for "woman" or something.
