I didn't make it to live certification. The programs I had to use for the job were glitchy and always freezing up. And frankly the things you got counted off for were ridiculous. While i was rebooting my system because the dumbass program froze, the customer and I made small talk about not liking hold music and finding it annoying. And the person scoring my call marked me for suggesting that the companys hold music could be annoying. And if your programs and computer are slow you can only say "oh the storm is making the system slow" because if you suggest the system is slow by itself, that's blaming the company. 9.9

The whole setup was a pain and I'm almost relieved I don't have to worry about that anymore because dealing with that everyday, holy shit the thought makes me wanna curl up and die.

On the bright side I had an interview today with an art shop and that's my last hope for staying here. Otherwise its back to Colorado with the folks. Meh I'll survive I guess. Mom and Dad both work and my sis is in high school so I'll have plenty of time alone with just me and Tucker (my mom's dog.) And their basement is pretty sweet.

All in all BLUUUH. Here have cute bunnies.

Yikes, that sounds stressful. :( That was a really shitty reason to mark you down, hold music is universally annoying! Sounds like you'll be better off out of that. I hope the art shop job works out, it's always been my dream to work somewhere like that.

Oh yeah definitely. Any company that won't let you criticize it in ANY way just makes me nervous really.

and yeah me too. I would love to work there and have constant access to art supplies for myself and to send to my friends.

Lol I quietly agree with customers who say that some of our stuff is too expensive and sometimes discreetly direct them to cheaper places when I know no one's listening.

That sounds like heaven. I'm an absolute hoarder for art stuff. One can never have too many pencils or sketchbooks, don't care what anyone says.
