Antis often claim, at the very least, that they have or that they will report people to the police/CIA/some other authority for "child porn"; I have no way of knowing how often they actually do. So yes, those things are related.
While I'm sure at least some antis are aware they are vicious monsters, quite a lot of them are just very, very deeply into a culture of performative outrage and virtue signalling, and seem to quite honestly believe that if they call the cops on someone for their NaruSasu fic, the cops will go and arrest that person. Because the Antis are right, and all authority figures will agree with them and support them.
