Doesn't he already have a daughter? Does it need to be two time lords getting it on to have a time lord baby? In which case that leaves... having sex with himself or... The Master.

OK, now I really want the last episode to be The Master and The Doctor cooing over a widdle baby together.

Eh, by the time they get to Thirteen they'll think up some excuse to give him a new cycle of regenerations. That said, I don't think fandom would explode as badly as the OP thinks. At least, not if they cast Joanna Lumley. And it all presupposes the production team would care, when they actually seem to be quite fond of making fandom's collective head explode.
