I think somehow Geass has one of the most retarded groups of fans I've ever seen, on LJ, or 4chan. It's really amazing how little people can get the show, especially given how most complaints about it are that it's predictable and stupid. The latest bitching about "omg you can't make that move in chess!!!!!1" made me feel like my IQ dropped every time some person only proved that they had watched the entire episode through their ass.

Personally, since Abarat fanworks are all I ever see, I've grown sick of the books. I've read all of Barker's other works though. They're both pretty good, just skewed towards a younger audience...which, of course, is probably why everything in the Barker section is OMG!Candy/CarrionOTP4evah!!!

Coldheart Canyon is indeed awesome. (Katya Lupi has to be one of my all-time favorite horror villains.) I just listed Weaveworld for the secret, because it always seemed like it was just leaving the door wide open for fanworks (not that it's the only book like that!), and no one's ever taken it, as far as I know.

I started watching all the John Paul/Craig clips on YouTube, then after that was over sort of faded away, then heard about the Rhys/Beth one, watched that one, and now I'm hooked on the John Paul/Kieron one. I don't really care about anything else on the show, to be honest. Haven't really see much else. YouTube is my hero.

168 - I haven't seen the new movie so I can't really pass judgement on it, but one thing I loved about the whole Indiana Jones thing is that you didn't know what was the big cause of it all. It was a mystery and it was part of the charm for me.

I had a dream once, when I was really young, that I had a pet Yoshi. And he was my best friend in the ENTIRE WORLD. And my parents got rid of him, because he ate too much. I woke up crying. It's kinda embarrassing. I was only six, though, so it's kinda okay.
