152. I have anxiety too, and I do the same thing. There's nothing wrong with it, and since I can't afford medication, it's good temporary therapy. It's not sad -- if it helps relieve your anxiety, by all means do it! I would much rather think about one of my favorite characters and feel better than break down in public and have a panic attack.

168. I haven't seen the other three movies (yet!), but my friend, his mother, and I went to see Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and he said the exact same thing. "This is Indiana Jones, the man who found the Arc of the Covenant and the Holy Grail. An interdimensional being really isn't all that farfetched."

150- ... Really? I could see Jesus/Peter. I could see Jesus/Judas, in an antagonistic, angsty sort of way. Jonathan/David, all over that. Paul/Timothy, for sure.

But Jesus/Lucifer? I don't know, man. If we're going the Satan = Lucifer route, they only had that one scene together, and it was pretty obvious Satan was just doing his job for God. If anything, I could see a God/Satan thing, but not Satan/Jesus. And if we're going the Satan =/= Lucifer route, there's pretty much no canon on that at all. What appeals to you about the two of them together?

154- Yeah, I felt that way, too. She was so sexualized, so reduced to that one single thing, that I felt like friendship without sex from Utena was actually the most meaningful gift Utena could've given. I love that scene where they're sleeping and just holding hands... that someone's just there for her, without demanding anything from her in return.

I agree. Granted, I've only read the manga, but I see them as best friends for life more than anything.

XD But they do have, among other things, Lucifer/God!

154. Because they are seriously adorable together? XD; No, really, I like them as just friends, as lovers, as lifemates, etc and everything. I think they're canon in the movie, but in the other series, it's the perfect sort of situation: people who don't want them as a couple can see them easily as just friends, and people who do can see enough hints that their minds can play around with it. Why not?

I'm not blaming him, I know what I'm doing to this boy that has a crush on me is wrong (I'm using him, etc) but I do think it's this other kid's (M + arrow) fault for making me hostile in any relationship I stumble upon. i agree with you. the movie was different, but in the anime, i never got the whole romantic thing with the two of them. (i had forgotten that utena openly denied it in the anime, though... it's been years since i watched it.)
