Yea... I should have worded it differently. Basically, DN!Kira thinks he's god (so while we see his flaws, he doesn't) while GS!Kira is more human. Or at least that's how I see it.

170. Isn't... much of Clive Barker's works very, very different from Abarat? The people who write fanfic for Abarat probably wouldn't write fanfic for some of the other stories, they probably wouldn't even like them, and it's not their fault that no one else, who likes those other books, seems to be writing fanfic. Nor is it their fault if ff.net sorts everything into the same category? I guess?
Being a fan of one book series doesn't mean you have to like and actively support everything else the author ever wrote, especially if it's a totally different genre...

I guess they are not Clive Barker fans, but Abarat fans. Good luck with finding more Clive Barker fans.

152. I do the same thing. I've had such severe anxiety attacks for the last year. Medicine helped somewhat, but what really calmed me down was doing just that. Everyone thinks I was strong and conquered my fears, but I really just found comfort in fictional videogame characters.

It was poor wording on my part. I associate flaws with being human, so while Light's "I AM GOD" is fascinating, I prefer Kira's humanness.

...and if you don't mind me asking, where does all the "Jesus!Kira" come from?

...and I haven't seen GSD yet, so I didn't know that that his outfit was different. Is it worth watching?

168) YES. Thank you! Word on so many levels. I am also sick and tired of listening to people to complain about it for stupid reasons. The one I'm most tired of: "It's just a big chase scene." Because the first three weren't? ALL of the movies go like this: Indy looks for something, the bad guys follow him, the bad guys catch him, he gets away and keeps looking, he finds what he's looking for, the bad guys get there at the same time. Sound like one big chase scene? Yes. Because that's what it is. Is that bad? NO.
