148. I usually just go with "awesome". (Actually I usually say "I heart *so-and-so*" but my speech patterns might be too insufferably cutesy for other people.) To me "awesome" implies a hell of a lot more than "I'd hit it" does, anyway - the minimum requirement for hitting it is just being attractive, whereas to be awesome you have to have an interesting personality or do something really cool or etc.

154 - You are not the only one. I think Utena loved Anthy, but not in a sexual way. I think otaku in general are oversexed and want everyone to be fucking everyone else, and in their defense, the show is kinky as hell, but that's just Ikuhara's direction. (Obviously they've never seen Sailormoon S either.)

150. ...man, Jesus/Lucifer breaks my brain in more than one way and most of them not in good ways. (Also, none of these reasons have to do with the fact that they are both male.) But it probably has to do with the fact that I can't stand fanfic for my religion. Because, it's my religion and I don't view it as fiction. (This is also why I'm not a fan of RPF.) But I can understand why others would ship it.

This is why I don't read Bible!fic/slash/etc. and just stay out of the circles of fandom that enjoy it. I'm not going to rain on their parade.

124 is the British soap Hollyoaks. crumpetsandjam (http://www.youtube.com/user/crumpetsandjam?ob=1) on YouTube has a playlist for clips of the gay priest storyline (labeled John Paul & Kieron), and if you want to really spend some time, there's a playlist for John Paul's previous relationship there, also. I didn't really get into the incest storyline, but the characters are Rhys and Beth, and I'm sure someone has collected their clips as well.

N!S 08: Didn't SPN fandom get upset when Dean said "Can you be any more gay?" or whatever it was to Sam? And they were so upset, the writers apologized? Should SPN fandom have instead shut up and let homophobic!Dean go on his merry way, and got off their computers and went to a gay march?

I'm not saying it's bad they got angry, or that SPN fans don't go to gay marches, I'm saying: Why the double standard? Didn't half of SPN fandom lose its head before the second and the third season because they thought Sam and Dean would play second fiddle to new characters?
