In regards to sounding like an idiot. If I guy does jumping jacks (or any jumping) naked, does it hurt his dick? If I jump wihtout a sports bra it feels like my breasts are going to rip off my chest.

The dick flopping around doesn't hurt, really, but the danger is that you're going to whang your balls into something and that would hurt.

I think the average dick and balls weighs less than the average breast but I haven't done the research to say for sure.

I think this must be fairly weight dependent.

I'm female, and I just did thirty jumping jacks, sans support, to see if my breasts would start to hurt. They didn't. Not even a twinge.

I'm a 32C, so not minuscule, but certainly not large.
