I have a cold drinking hot beverages helps but I can't have anything with decaf before bedtime or I'll have trouble sleeping. But herbal teas taste like crap. :(

Huh, not sure what blend you're drinking, but rooibos comes in various flavors, and I have yet to find one that tastes like sticks to me.

I was very happy to find a decent decaf Ceylon tea and I really need to buy more of it soon (I don't have trouble sleeping after having caffeine but I drink a lot of tea all through the day and too much makes me twitchy but still tired and that's unpleasant).
Is milk and honey an option?
