My gosh, what haven't I tried from an online recipe.

Off the top of my head:

*Lamb shanks (good, but needed more liquid)
*Lemon thyme garlic chicken roast (amazing)
*tomato sauce w/pork necks (amazing)
*bone stock (didn't gel as much as expected)
*chicken foot stock (amazing)
*turmeric ginger garlic lemon chicken soup for colds (made with above bone stock - it anti-inflammatoried the fuck out of everything)
*lobster thermador (very good, but a lot of effort)
*yakitori (yum!)
*cream of mushroom soup (though this recipe had so much cream and butter... oh god, it was a stew. it was mushroom cream stew and it is mushroom heaven)
*buffalo chicken chili (freezes very well)
*mulled wine (/purr)
*mulled mead (/purrrrrrr)
*hot buttered rum (/PURRRRRRR)

...I really like to try recipes I find on the internet is where I'm going here.

Oh man those all look delicious. especially the mead and rum.
