I'm glad the director of BoL is excited for it! To me, it doesn't look as good as BoL was, but aside from the missteps made along the way, I'm excited about it. Not because I feel the need to see it, as with some Disney/Pixar movies (I don't get the hate Pixar gets in general or why people have to make the animation industry into something competitive, where you can only like one studio and you're trash if you like the big ones??), but because... it's more representation, and that's a good thing.

Same here. And I hope it does well :( I'm Mexican myself so seeing more Mexican-centered stuff succeeding is a huge dream of mine. That, and I'm always up for such colorful films and this and BoL have already hit it for me.
