Why would that be unethical? People have done it before. (At least once.)

Put Chump in a Truman Show style White House and see how long it takes him to notice everyone else has been replaced with actors--assuming he ever does.

Since it's debated whether paternal age is a risk factor for autism, with different studies getting different results, let's do a thorough check on how maternal age factors in. Since it's a lot harder to find children born to older women/younger men than the other way around, let's inseminate a whole bunch of women over 35 with sperm from men under 30 and see how the resulting autism rates compare to population-wide average.

I'm pro-breastfeeding, but heard that when you account for things like socioeconomic differences, the benefits tend to disappear (i.e. parents with more money, education, and so on are more likely to breastfeed, so which of those things is actually causing the benefit?) We will gather a large group of newborns of different genders, living in different places, and born to parents with a wide range of backgrounds and income levels and a random half will be assigned to breastfeed and the other half assigned to use formula. We can probably keep everyone in check with a urine sample or something.

I have Asperger's and my mom had me when she was pretty young (mid 20s) for what that's worth.

I have been diagnosed as being on the Autism spectrum. My Mom was 27 and Dad was 26 when I was born. I was also born three months premature.

Well, not that I would ever want it done again, but since it already was... I find the history of the human experimentation Josef Mengele did to be morbidly fascinating. Horrific, obviously, insane nightmarish cruelty to never be repeated, but it's an interesting case study for humanity, biology, anthropology, etc., to have an irl mad scientist with all the funding, test subjects, and government backing he could ask for, and to see what he actually did when set loose.
