What do you enjoy about it?

Most of my exposure to harem manga has been stuff with one central romance and a bunch of secondary girls as eye candy. In Sekirei, not only does the guy care about all the girls, the girls are friends and allies fighting for the liberation of their species. I also like that not all of the Sekirei are female and not all of the humans who bond with them are straight or male. (The author writes both het and yaoi, which might explain why the gender dynamics aren't as lopsided as usual.) Plus the token little girl character actually acts like a little girl and doesn't get used for fanservice. (She has a crush on the MC, but it's never sexualized.)

*BL, not yaoi. Unless they write doujinshi too. BL is for original manga. Yaoi is for noncanon stuff. Just a pet peeve.

Wrong, BL is for everything. No one uses yaoi anymore.
