Appetizers: keftedes (Greek meatballs), dolmas, potstickers, spring rolls, shrimp toast, shrimp Rangoons, easy to make or buy frozen from Trader Joe's, Costco, Walmart, etc.

Potlucks: anything casserole, Mac and cheese, taco salad casserole (layered taco meat, tortilla chips, sour cream, salsa, cheese), crockpot BBQ (pulled pork or chicken, baby back ribs, etc.)
