People who complain that certain secrets here are racist/sexist/-ist. It's one thing to point it out when the secret maker sounds unaware of their bias, but another to be like "that's sexist" at a secret where the whole point and context is that yes, the secret maker knows that and is ashamed of some sexist thing or problematic kink they like and it's a secret.

I'm not anti sjw for the record. I've been called an sjw myself. But time and place and context, fellow kids.

I think that's kind of pointless. A lot of those secrets make it clear that yeah, OP realizes it's problematic. That's why they're making the secret. But there's always some Captain Obvious Anon who shows up all outraged (or pretending to be outraged, anyway!) about how awful and -ist the OP/secret is and blah blah blah. I'm like oh, well done, you passed the reading comprehension portion of the test.

Yes, that kind of thing is what I mean. Even more so when the secrets start by saying the secret maker is concerned about the very thing they're being accused of which happens a lot.

Though like I said, if the secret maker seems totally unaware of themselves, that's another matter.

TBH I don't recall many secrets where the OP seemed unaware of their bias. Even if they don't state it explicitly, the fact that they made a secret is pretty suggestive that they know.

Yeah, I really hate how some of the left uses "it's bigoted/problematic" as trump card shutting down any further discussion.
