To me, it's kind of impossible to write RPS/RPF 'in character' - we *don't know them*! Their con personas or tv interview personas are *not them*.

I get that you don't care, and that's fine, you don't have to, but - it's never going to be in character, it's mostly just so whoever is reading can visual two hot guys with ease.
