Even if she does have authority over fanfiction, your blog was your blog, not the AO3/ff.net of food projects. She has a lot of nerve dropping criticisms that weren't even asked for.

(Anonymous) 2017-10-04 03:47 am (UTC)(link)If you don't have a food processor, it's annoying, but grate frozen butter into the flour by hand with a box or cheese grater, then dribble in cold liquid and mix with a fork, then gather into a ball, wrap, and shove in the freezer. Keep your rolling pin and work surface cold. I find rolling dough put between sheets of parchment paper easier because my hands don't warm it up. When you roll the dough out and put it in a pie plate, put that back in the freezer while you preheat the oven, too. And make sure your oven temperature won't melt the fat out of your crust and leave a greasy mess. Good luck.
