I have read and written many an incest fic. I have siblings who I love. To me those two things are entirely separate things. Antis just make me wonder what the hell their issues are.

They seem to think that writing about it is glorifiying or "normalizing" it. (Good fucking heck I've seen than word so much it doesn't look like a word anymore.)

As if fanfic has ever normalized anything.

I absolutely get people being put off by incest ships, I'm not gonna tell people that they need to be okay with them. But on the flip-side, yelling at people to stop doing something... doesn't work.

Just leave them to it, block it if you need to and carry on with life.

'Wondering what their issues are' does not equal saying or doing anything. I do indeed leave them to it. Unfortunately they are so fucking loud and obnoxious.

Ah wait sorry, I meant that the ones complaining should just block things and move on because I really don't get people who go into the tags of things they hate only to complain about seeing it.

It's bizarre behavior frankly(and it takes way less effort to just blacklist shit and move along).

Ah sorry, I misread your original comment. Yeah, agreed completely.

No, no, my bad. I worded it a bit to generally there so I get the confusion.

Yeaaaaaah.

I don't doubt that the satisfaction they get from the praise from their groupies plays a huge part in their behavior.

Wondering pretty much falls under the camp of saying or doing nothing.

You're entitled to think that someone is a whackaloon, just as long as you're not going around shouting it from the rooftops and trying to take away their rights.

I wonder the same thing as well. Why can't they just ignore what they don't like? Yelling about the thing isn't going to make the thing not exist anymore, although I'm sure that's their goal. They just need to do what sane people do: block/blacklist and move on. Maybe even focus on the things that they do like instead. But antis are so batshit. :/
