114. Harry Potter’s fandom will never die. The LJs may cease, the flame wars may ebb, but the cornfield will always whisper. And when its tainted spirit finds its destination, the fandom will topple the master of that dark place. From its black throne, it will lash together a machine of bone and blood, and fueled by the Harry Potter fandom's hatred of Holy, this fearful being will bore a hole between this world and that one.
When it begins, we will hear the sound of children scream, as though from a great distance. A smoking orb of nothing will grow above our sleeping innocents, and from it will emerge a thousand owls starving for pumpkin pie. As it slips through the widening maw in its new form, we will catch only a glimpse of its radiance before we are incinerated. Then, as tears of bubbling pitch stream down its face, its dark work will begin.
It will open one of its six mouths, and it will sing the song that ends the Earth.
