108: Ahh, Martha. Yeah, her story's really sweet. She went to the ends of an apocolyptic world for him, and he could never see how she felt. And then the whole alien clone thing, I thought she was going to die. D: And the doctor yelling at her for working with the red hats pissed me off too, she's just doing her best to make a change from within!

122: Canonly, at least in the book, I think all her brothers raped her. Even the half dead icky one. IT WAS NOT HOT. I found it repellingly gross but if you like that sory of thing, the book is there for you?

145: WISHBONE!!!!! <3 I miss that. And Ghostwriter too. XD My English teacher and I LOVED Wishbone, way back when.

Rose/Ten secrets: There are many today! Makes me laugh. And cry a little.

I was wondering if anyone else had read that book besides me and recognized the irony. And ditto with the squick.

... and my god but I disliked the book version. So... anticlimactic and hollow. They didn't even give Meier's girl a name.

Actually, I think the Doctor had a fairly good idea of how she felt--and that was part of the reason he Would Not Shut Up About Rose.
I don't particularly blame the Doctor for being upset that she was a soldier. Or more, I understand why--the Doctor has never been particularly fond of soldiering and guns in the first place, seeing what he's done to Martha is a huge guilt trip, and Ten is the most immature Doctor there's ever been.
