Lord of the Rings was the last time I thought so, particularly because it combined real props/actors/scenery so perfectly with the fantastical stuff. It really bothers me how much CGI is in most movies now, especially when they farm different scenes out to different production companies and some of them are better at it than others! (See Avengers: Age of Ultron for a prime example of the seams being visible)
