In addition to the Goretober challenge someone mentioned above me, there's the Drawlloween, which is another month-long horror-focused art challenge. You're just looking in the wrong places, I guess. I see quite a lot of Goretober in particular.


There's also no rule saying your Inktober can't be horror themed-- not everyone's will be, not everyone is into that, but the prompts are open to be played with.

If you find the people who are doing more horror-themed work, give the stuff you like and want to see more of likes/reblogs/whatever the social media currency of choice is on your preferred platform. Encourage more horror by uplifting the horror stuff that's out there, and make yourself happier by finding it. Trust me, there's plenty.
