Hmm. Excluding puzzle/card/whatever games where you play in discreet parts...

'Played through the whole story mode'...One of the Final Fantasy games, probably. VI, VII, VIII, IX, or X...I've got at least 10 playthroughs under my belt on each of them.

'Completed something other than the story mode'...I've probably finished close to two dozen characters - not all of them have finished the core plot (but a lot have), but they've all finished whatever goal I set for them (usually finishing one of the side plots - Thieves Guild, Dawnguard (both sides), Companions, College, Civil War, but some have story-less personal goals, like building a collection of stuff, finishing all the Daedric quests, or whatever).
