I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to cheese. Plain old cheddar for me.

I like a ton of different types of cheese, but cheddar is still my favorite. Mainly because it's the workhorse of cheeses. It's one of the few cheeses that tastes good on just about everything. Like, there are a lot of cheeses that you might have on a sandwich, but you maybe wouldn't have them on nachos, or on spaghetti, or on perogies, or on tacos. Cheddar is great with fruit, it's great with crackers, it's just good all around. Also, it melts well. Some fancier cheeses don't melt very well, and a lot of cheeses lose most of their flavor when melted, but cheddar holds up great.
