This one is pretty mild, but the woman who used to live upstairs from me would quite frequently put on a DVD and then fall asleep part way through. The movie would finish and return to the main menu, and the menu music would loop over and over. She never had the TV loud, but it was turned up enough that it was just audible. Once I'd realize I was hearing the same clip of music on continuous repeat, I couldn't STOP hearing it and it would drive me nuts.

I feel bad now because this was basically me before I moved in with my partner. I'd be totally up for watching a film, put it on, fall asleep 10 minutes in.
