Well in both Xmen/Ultimates Millar kept it implied but never outright stated (and it worked because Magento raised them using mutant ethics rather then human ones) but then Loeb came aboard and just started shouting it to the world and had everyone on the team cool with incest and thinking it was pretty sweet. Then Wanda got shot. Because that's how Loeb rolls.

That's so creepy. I remember seeing a scan where Wasp was explaining to Captain America how Pietro LOVES Wanda and acting as though it's totally okay.

At that point I was like "I hate you Ultimate." and scowled very frownily.
