Disease. I always wanted to be a nurse and anything to do with biology absolutely fascinates me, but I can spend hours watching/reading about all the ways our bodies can go wrong and what can be done to treat them. I picked up a book called The Sick Rose while I was in the Natural History Museum, and it's basically full of detailed (very, very detailed) medical illustrations from before colour photography was a thing. I love it.
